Who is More Teeth?
More Teeth was founded on the principle that the typical review is too safe, too constrained (especially in print form) and rarely challenges the reader or the performers/producers. We wanted to see reviews that tell us everything about an experience. That includes not only the show itself, but the venue, the parking, the concessions - everything concerning that one night out.
Many who review Theater also have no practical experience in that area. More Teeth combines well over 30 years of professional and amateur experience in performance, theater education, design and production, Theater administration and beyond.
What does More Teeth mean? Is it one person or many? Are we "anonymous"?
More Teeth means we are not the usual review...we'll always go deeper and answer the question we're always asked: "What did you *really* think?"
More Teeth was designed to be the voice of a collective, not just one person's rant or opinion. Eventually, we envision More Teeth as a revolving staff writing as one voice.
